    Accidentally made a purchase


    I accidentally made a game purchase in the microsoft store and need a refund. The option doesn’t come up for me and when I go to put a request through it says there is an error to try again. I’ve been trying for over 24 hours and it still won’t go through.

    Thank you. I made the purchase on my xbox. When I go to that link my purchase doesn’t show up. I made it over 24 hours ago, so it should be there now.

    When I try to do a claim it says this “ We're sorry, but something went wrong on our end. Please try again later”

    Did you make the purchase online (computer) or on your Xbox? Here is the support guide for how to submit for a refund on a
    purchase    . I hope this helps solve your issue!

    The one month should add onto the 3 months. So you should now have a total of 4 months. Hope this helps!
