    Accidentally logged into another account in Minecraft Dungeons


    For a long time I have not played minecraft Dungeons and after the release of the new DLC I decided to re-enter the game. the login menu came out, but I accidentally entered the wrong account and now I can not change it. Please help.

    I'm Samy an independent advisor. Welcome to the Xbox community. How are you?

    Windows key + i and go to apps, find Minecraft Dungeons, and uninstall.

    Then open the Microsoft Store, search for Minecraft Launcher, install, log in with your Microsoft account, install Minecraft Dungeons. After that, you can play.

    If you try another Switch profile does that work to log in again? The sync on Switch is just for the achievements and online play as far as I know. So as long as the main Switch account owns the game other accounts on the Switch should be able to play with
    their own savefile and own MS account.

    When you launch Minecraft Dungeons for the first time, you are prompted to log in to a Microsoft Account. This can also be done from the game's settings menu, by selecting "Configure Online Play"

    The only way to request a refund is by logging in with the account you used to get Minecraft Dungeons here
    xbox.com/refund. Then continue from there.
