Accidentally Joined A XP Lobby

I accidentaly joined a xp lobby without knowing it until i got into the match. I saw it was modded and left instantly not wanting to get into any trouble. I wanted to know if that would get me banned, because i was recently banned for a similar reason. The
game put me in that when i tried to join a team deathmatch game.

i was banned for hacking when I was not hacking so I submitted a case review in which I said I had not been hacking the decision got upheld and I am still banned . But then I realised why I got banned, it was because about 3 weeks ago I got in a xp lobby
on call of duty black ops 2 and screen shotted it. The lobby I joined i accidentally joined on the online servers and I screen shotted it because I didn't know what was happening.

Do you mean you've been banned from playing Black Ops 1 for accidentally joining a modded XP lobby?

If so, you'll need to contact the developer directly about title specific bans.
