Accidentally got the wrong version of a game’

I got a digital code which makes this so much harder it was a lot of money I originally thought I had the Xbox series a but it was the Xbox one series s not next gen version. I unfortunately redeemed the code not knowing this it says not compatible I ended up buying the standard one for way cheaper any way I can refund the next gen on? That was redeemed through a code by the way

You will have to go to the retailer you purchased it from, and since you redeemed the code you're unlikely to get a refund

Please also note that purchasing from unauthorized third party retailers is unsupported and not allowed under the rules of the marketplace, and can lead to account suspensions and bans

Authorized retailers would include places like Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Gamestop etc

Unfortunately I don't think so. I just searched madden on the store and bought the $60 one. Guessing it's just the standard edition.

But you need to goto the dual entitlement webpage to get next gen version
