My Son accidentally purchased a game amount is debited from my card but we didn't download it so is it possible to refund the debited amount? is there is any way of doing this

So i accidentally purchased too many gamer points to buy my season pass to Breaking Bad. how do i go about getting a refund on the gamer points i accidentally purchased?

Well...customer service...

I've had one refund done in the past and it was over an accidental purchase of Battlefield 4 season pass. The lady handled it really well and explained to me they are not suppose to refund stuff like that but since I called immediately she authorized the refund. My intentions was to purchase the game and season pass together but chose the wrong one.

order history, select the game and see if you can get a refund (you must have played for less than two hours).

Not likely you'll get a refund even if purchased accidentally. It clearly states no refunds on the purchase screen.

I have the same problem. I purchased Tomb Raider (2013) for Xbox 360 for $8.00 as a huge discount for Xbox Live Gold. I already have it for Xbox One called Definitive Edition, and wanted the 360 version gone because it was too buggy than the other version.
Is there some way I can get my $8.00 back?
