Accidentally deleted my game (FIFA 17)

Today i bought a fifa 17 and an ea access membership from mmoga.com. Irecieved the codes for both. I went on to my xbox and typed in both codes. With the fifa code it took me to a page saying that i now own this content which is fifa 17. Fifa 17 was already
installed to my console because i had bought and downloaded it with my old account which is now permanently suspended. As you all know you can not contact the enforcement team through forums any more. It says to go on enforcement page and log in, which in
my case does not work. So basically my account is gone and i have no chance to do anything or even ask a question. Thanks alot. Ive spent about 4000 Dollars on it. I have no idea was i was suspended. But back to my topic. So i purchased fifa 17 from mmoga.com,
typed in the game code, took me to a page saying i now own this content, so i did not have to download fifa 17 cause it was already installed to my console from my old account. I then wanted to delete fifa 16 from my console and accidentally deleted fifa 17.
now whenever i want to download it again it says that i have to pay for it. I made a mistake yes but i also have the right to have the game. What can i do? Surely somebody at xbox can see that i had typed in the vode for the game? Can anybody help me?

i accidentally deleted my XBOX Live message w/ the download code for FIFA 17. Can I retrieve it or can it be resent?

 

Hey, ll 7 ll Alexis! Could you clarify what your issue is with the Enforcement website? Are you unable to log in? Does it give you an error? We will want to work on that to ensure that you have the ability to work with them on why your main account was banned.
However, barring that, you should be able to log into your email for your other account, and there should be an email from the Enforcement Team detailing the reasons behind the suspension.

For your FIFA 17 issue, I see that you have been playing the game based on your screenshots on your profile. Are you still running into the issue where it's asking you to purchase? Let me know so we can dig into this further!
