    Accidentally deleted a user profile


    One of my twins accidentally deleted his brother's Xbox one user profile. I have no idea how to recover. Any help at all is greatly appreciated. I have one upset kid. Please help.

    I accidentally deleted the Lego Superheroes profile on the Xbox One that was saved in the cloud. Is it possible to get it back?

    Game profile accidentally deleted

    Sorry to hear it. A game save is stored on both the console and the cloud. If you have deleted both then there is no way to recover the save.

    You don't need to delete your profile to recover. You can simply recover the profile and it will keep everything intact without the risk of accidentally pressing "Delete Profile Items."

    Yes, it says "Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now..." I didn't accidentally delete it, however I did delete the profile only (not profile and items) and cleared the system cache a few times and tried to redownload with no success.
