Accidentally Deleted $5 Promo Code

Hello,

I received a message from xbox live with a $5 promotional code and I accidentally deleted it. I talked to xbox support and they directed me here because they could not pull up my messages on their end, and said that the promotional staff will help
me. My gamertag is Anarky Rebirth

Accidentally deleted promo message

I received a promo code for $5. I accidentally deleted the message with the code before redeeming the code. Is there anyway to resend the same code to me so I can redeem my $5? Thanks

 

Missing Dark Souls promotional code

I was deleting messages in my inbox when I accidentally deleted the promo code for Dark Souls 1 that I received for Pre-ordering Dark Souls 3. Any help?

To clarify, are you posting from the same account that received the code to begin with? Can you please clarify on what promotion you're speaking about? We're not able to resend a code to an account that didn't receive it originally.
