Discus and support accidentally changed the region from Switzerland to Germany in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I changed the region accidentally from Switzerland to Germany.     I changed the region accidentally from Switzerland to Germany.

    I know about the 3 months policy but i kindly request to manually change it back to Switzerland as soon as possible.

    Hello,

    In order for you to be able to use a credit card from Switzerland you'd need to make sure your country/region is also changed to Switzerland. In order to do this, please visit this page
    here and you should be able to migrate your account from Germany to Switzerland.

    Xbox Live Region Problems.

    I was playing in the "change region"-selection some days ago which I regret!

    My region changed from Germany to Switzerland, however I DID NOT SAVE/"PRESS OK" TO ANYTHING, however, I do am trapped in that region now. Is there ANY CHANCE to undo it!? :c

    No one here can manually change your region.You would need to contact support
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us     & they may do it for you but are under no obligation to do so as it's very difficult to accidentally change your region.

    If they wont change it then you will have to wait 3 months before changing it back to the correct region.

    Well thats exactly what i did. The support told me, that they don't have any tool to change anything.

    He send my the link to this forum and asked me to post the topic accidentally changed the region from Switzerland to Germany :)

    Unfortunately phone/chat support have a habit of sending people here when they can't help or don't know what to do.

    If they won't reset or change your region then i'm afraid you will have to wait 3 months to change it again.

    Yep, should work fine. You only need the correct power supply (depends on the region you are moving) and you have to change the console region to access the local Xbox store.

    Hint: If you are moving to Austria (or Germany or Switzerland) -> the UI language can't be changed to english. In such a case you have to change the console region to an english speaking country (like UK or US).
