    Accidentally cancelled subscroption


    i got a 12month gold live membership for Christmas. I redeemed the code at the beginning of January. Now it says (April). That my subscription has expired. I rang xbox support. They said there is nothing that cam be done at all.

    When looking at my account, they can see I redeemed my card on 4th January and cancelled it straight after. (11yo redeemimg his own card). So they can see it was an accident but said nothing can be done except pay another $80 for 12 month.

    Has anyone else accidentally done this? And if so? Is there anything I can do.

    Upsetting for 11yo.

    you need to change the location of the cancel download button

    I went to pause my download of fifa and accidentally cancelled it, this has happened twice you need to change the place of cancel download.

    Ive received my email with separate amounts of membership cards of my remaining time. The Support person Errick was extremely nice and followed through on what he said. Everything is restored and order.
