Accidentally cancelled my Game Pass...

option to Stop automatic renewal then you should still be able to use Xbox game pass for the remained of the subscription, If you selected the option to cancel immediately then I would suggest using the
Contact us option and when prompted select either the option to Chat with Xbox support or Request a phone call from support to see if there is anything the Xbox support team can do to help.

Once converted if cancelled you lose the converted live also.

You may get some joy via support but not sure as it's a definitive process to go through to convert sonshouldnt be able to do it accidentally

Plus games pass ultimate is great

Unfortunately you can't. When you add Ultimate to standard Gold or Game Pass, it converts your remaining subscription to Ultimate as well, which would have given you 3 years of Ultimate. If you cancel, you cancel everything.

They are on my transaction history, and i didn't use them, why couldn't i get refund ? I have clicked it accidentally, and lost everything.

Did you cancelled it or Xbox cancelled it? I ask because Xbox found a select number of memberships that were acquired through sources that are in violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement.

If you cancel a subscription it will still run until it expires. Unless it was just less than one month old and you cancel it and ask for a refund it will not just be cancelled when you still have time on it.

If you purchased your Game Pass Ultimate subscription from third party vendors, maybe you were one of the affected users for this mass cancellation. If this is the case, you will not be able to restore your subscription. You will need to buy it again. I'm sorry about that.
