Accidentally cancelled a refund

When you cancel, even accidentally, all the subsciption ends and you cant get it back or even be refunded by Xbox.

This seems strange to me too, it must be 14 days before the game releases then.

I don't think you're allowed to receive a refund. 2 weeks before Fifa 17 is released, I would contact Xbox Support again and try to cancel the pre-order and get a refund.

You will have to give them a reason why you want a refund. If you accidentally pre-ordered this game, you might have a good chance of getting a refund.
