    you will need to call Microsoft xbox support. I am not sure if you will get your refund because the terms do state there are no refunds for these items, but I do believe sometimes they extend, extenuating circumstances. the phone number is 1800-4my-xbox

    There are no refunds.It does say that when your about to buy any dlc/downloadable games so phoning support wont help.
