    Accidentally bought game for wrong console.


    Hi. I accidentally bought Shadow of Mordor for the Xbox 360 while I'd meant to buy it for the Xbox One. I did this by buying the game on the Xbox store via my phone and not using the console. Is there any way I can get the game for the Xb1?

    same here...bought the movie SWAT,but both versions are french,even though one said english...since i work i can't wait all day on hold with customer suport...and just because i live in canada ,doesn't mean i speak french...anyway good luck on getting any

    Accidentally bought game for wrong console.

    You would have to contact support and speak to billing so they can refund the purchase and then you can purchase it on the correct console. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Unfortunately I don't think so. I just searched madden on the store and bought the $60 one. Guessing it's just the standard edition.

    Did you get the Madden edition?

    If so then contact ea

    It's not what you think

    You get both versions with Madden edition

    But you need to goto the dual entitlement webpage to get next gen version

    If it's the all Madden edition you.got.thr right version but you need to contact ea sports for the series x version
