Accidentally bought darkseid instead of using free code

Newbie here. I didn't realize that Xbox saved my credit card info. My 10 year old went in today to redeem his darkseid code but hit buy instead. I'm kinda annoyed that Xbox saved my cc info without specifically telling me. On Nintendo they specifically
ask you if you want to save your credit card info. We have one account period, because I don't have time to be managing my account along with making a separate acct for him. Is it worth my time to try to resolve this accidental purchase with support? Is
there a charge when I contact support?

Halo 4 Dew Exp: Not connecting to account?

Yeah, I was happy today because I accidentally bought a diet Dew instead of a regular one, so went back and got a normal one. So I had 6 codes plus last night's leftovers. Tried to put them in a few minutes ago, account error, every time. Even tried using
different browsers. I hope this is fixed by the time I'm off work.

Downloaded female avatar beta shirt by accident. Can I swap it for the male shirt?

I recently participated in the beta and was awarded a free avatar tshirt. I accidentally chose the female version of the shirt instead of the men's in the loot menu. It then gave me a code that will unlock the shirt. I haven't downloaded it yet, and was
wondering if there was any way to get the male version instead of the female version?

Generally these codes are specific to the game in question and should be redeemed in game. If you search in the in game menus are you able to find a spot to enter in a code? The codes will usually come with instructions for redemption as well.

You can try to contact phone support directly, they should (in theory) be able to refund you and then take points that equal the same amount of money. I'm not 100% sure but it's worth asking them over the phone if they would do you this courtesy.

SAME PROBLEM, I purchased Bedrock and can't use it on a Mac!!! I have been submitting form after form with XBox, Mojang and Microsoft and in addition with all three companies-- speaking on the phone with actual representatives at each company to explain my situation and each time the agents have all agreed that I should be able to get my money back for my purchase in which I mistakenly purchased the Bedrock version of Minecraft for use with Mac computers and for a separate gift purchase for the same Bedrock Version for a child who also uses a Mac. Each time I have tried to submit the request as directed by each of the xbox, mojang and Microsoft relationship managers and customer service representatives I am sent a rejection email unfairly each time. Please help me to resolve this issue! I have all the emails and form requests showing that I had requested the refunds within the appropriate time frame required and still I have not been able to get this refund.
