Accidental/wrongful suspension.

We are sad to hear about your suspension. Every enforcement action that’s issued is rooted in the Microsoft Services Agreement and Community Standards for Xbox, but it’s not practical to list every scenario that can arise while online. To review our guidelines for what content and behavior is acceptable on Xbox, go to: Community Standards for Xbox.

Note that customer support can’t assist with suspensions or enforcement actions. If you need assistance with an active enforcement action, it may qualify for the case review process, and this is handled by Xbox Enforcement team. Your enforcement history is the best place to find info about an enforcement action. To learn more about reviewing your history and submitting a case review, go to: How to submit a case review.

Additionally, you can sign in to review your enforcement history with your Microsoft account. Click here: Enforcement history. Depending on the enforcement action on your account, you can file for an appeal by using the case review process. If the option is available, you’ll see the option to do so from your enforcement history. This process is handled directly by Xbox Safety, and it’s the only way to contact the team about enforcement issues.

The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspensions.

I was told by Xbox support to contact you guys via forums. If that's not the case then I'm going to contact one of the managers and have that representative dealt with. Microsoft shouldn't give false info.

I got told the same thing. they are giving us the runaround. Why are we paying to get treated like this? what is the sense of having a team dedicated to enforcement that no one can get in contact with... really grinds my gears.. still waiting for a reply

If someone is harassing you online then just report & block them.

Even if someone else started it you can still be suspended if you reply with a message that breaks the ToU/CoC.

Rep has nothing to do on whether you get suspended or not.

As mentioned,if you've filed a case review then all you can do is wait.
