accidental vbucks purchase

I bought vbucks yesterday and didn't mean to it said its refunded but didn't get the money back in my card why is that?

The time it takes for the refund to appear on your card depends on your bank/credit card company & how long they take to process transactions.

Usually it takes up to 72 hours but as Shrk1990 said,due to the COVID-19 situation it could take longer.

It's most likely because of the site/server being used alot, so may take a bit longer than expected. so could take a couple of days for the money to be returned to you.

Because it says thats it refunded but the momey is not in my card is it beacuse of the situation ?

Xbox has indicated on their website that the process for refunds is taking longer than usual. So if you've been issued the refund, you'll likely see the amount deposited into your account within the next several days.

So you already spent some of the vbucks?

If so you wont be able to get a refund. You can only get a refund if none of it had been used already.
