accidental reporting

Right! Since there is no other way to actually contact someone for help, this is my last option. I accidentally reported the wrong team on overwatch, and am trying to undo (if there is a way) the reports. The enemy team was cheating and in my anger and frustration,
I didn't pay attention to the names of the players and may have accidentally reported members of my team. I need someone of authority or something to help me try and undo my mistake. I'd hate to get innocent people in trouble, just because I wasn't paying
attention.

yes, but they already reversed the accidental ones meaning your banned was not accidental so hence your only option sadly is to buy another 360.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do but the reports are investigated so it should be okay when they don't find anything going on with team that you reported.

Sorry but the the reporting system is not viewed as a joke by the enforcement team and all reports have to be taken seriously for the team to be able to look a report equally

No. Once you report someone there is no way to cancel the report. However, the enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive so as long as the person hasn't done anything wrong, nothing will happen.
