    Hi, my son just bought a gam for $43 bucks on our 360 elite that we mainly use for Hulu or Netflix. He is only 7 and there's a first time for everything but I was not wanting the game and would like to be refunded.

    I accidentally purchased Need for Speed Rivals thinking that it was the most recent volume of the series. Is it possible that I can get the $25.00 refunded to my account so I can purchase the correct volume? I heard from a friend that you get one free
    refund or something along those lines. If there is anyway that you help me please let me know.

    All purchases made on the xbox marketplace from the xbox or camputer cannot be refunded . Im sorry that you spent so much money on some games you already had but at this point , id sell the dics of the games you bought and try to get some of your money back
