    Accidental purchase of Battlefield 1 Premium Pass


    I accidentally bought the premium pass even though I already owned the ultimate edition (which includes the premium pass). Anyone know what hoops I have to jump through for a refund?

    Your best bet is to contact Microsoft customer support through phone. It does state before confirming that all purchases are final. Just something to keep an eye on next time. We all make purchase mistakes so a refund here and there shouldn't be a problem

    As far as I'm aware all sales are final, but refunds have been given before, but I'm not sure what each case was. I would call them in your country and ask, but I wouldn't count on it. I think refunds were only given if the item bought didn't work.

    Im guessing it has not been updated on the store yet. It is still a little early on the west coast which is the time Microsoft operates at. I would guess it should be up around 6pm which would be 10am PST but it could be at any time today
