accidental multiple purchases on xbox one, with no confirmation

hi,

i have just checked my bank statement, to find i have been charged for 7 items on my xbox account. My step son was trying to purchase keys for rocket leauge, but every time he tried it went back to the homepage on teh xbox and gave no confirmation of the
purchase. There is no history of them in my purchase order history on xbox.com, yet the money has been taken from my account, I have tried to contact xbox support but cant seem to find an email address for them to get the content refunded. None of the
content has been used yet, in case it voided my rights.

Anyone got any ideas?

LOCKED - Suggestion for purchases

Please add an option to use a password or passcode before a purchase can be made. Notice that I said 'option' and not 'requirement'. If people are content with pressing 'A' a couple times to confirm a purchase then they can continue using that method. However,
I feel that it's too easy to accidentally make an unwanted purchase and i'd like a password confirmation instead of a "press A" confirmation. Since purchases on Xbox Live are non-refundable I think it would be a fair addition to have. It's such a bad feeling
making an accidental purchase and knowing you won't get those Microsoft Points back.

Since you mentioned that the shark card contents don't show up in-game, kindly confirm the status of the purchases by signing in to account.microsoft.com > order history > select the date of range when you were charged for the shark cards.

If the purchases don't show up, this might mean that they were accidentally purchased on a different account. Please check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history.

Also, check the accounts' Order History of your family members or friends who might have been using your Xbox console or Windows PC frequently at your home. It might be possible that you have accidentally purchased the shark cards to one of their accounts.

Their refund policy is cra cra in regards to one a year, but it’s even more crazy that people still purchase things accidentally. It’s almost impossible to do. You need to confirm it, then confirm which paymeny method, then confirm it again.

well two things first there is multiple confirmation screens you cannot just click ok

there is no way to accidentally migrate as you have to do 3 clicks not just one

read before you do anything

How did you convert it accidentally? It takes multiple presses on a confirm button. Either way, you need to contact XBOX support.
