Accidental gifted subscription

Yes, I bought it from the Microsoft store on Xbox. And yes, it is not showing on the refund page.

If your friend did not redeem the subscription gift code, you can ask for a refund by filling the form at:
https://xbox.com/refunds

You will need to sign in to the Xbox Live account that made the purchase. Keep in mind, this form is for Xbox and no other department outside of Xbox.

You will also need all order numbers and dates of the purchase to fill out the webform. You can obtain this information by going to:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

This is assuming that you purchased the subscription gift code from the Microsoft/Xbox store. If it was purchased from a third party vendor/reseller, you would need to contact them.
