Accidental game purchase

So I was watching TV and my Xbox was on. Somehow I've accidentally purchased a game for $140! That I definitely do not want.

I've been through chat help to ask for a refund only to be told that won't be happening and "Ralph" told me "I hope you get mad".

Yeah I am, this is insane. Is there anyone else I can speak to get some half decent/non-insulting advice?

Accidental Purchase

I accidentally bought the walking dead season pass and couldn't cancel before it processed, is there anything I can do to refund it?

I accidentally purchased Need for Speed Rivals thinking that it was the most recent volume of the series. Is it possible that I can get the $25.00 refunded to my account so I can purchase the correct volume? I heard from a friend that you get one free
refund or something along those lines. If there is anyway that you help me please let me know.

 

When did you make this purchase? If less than 5 days, I sugest you to contact again and explain it was accidental and you'll not use the content

Well, technically speaking. Its very impossible to purchase something by accident. There are numerous confirmation buttons before a purchase can be completed. Also, the prompt showing that all purchases are final and non-refundable is also there. So once
its confirmed, you agreed to that terms.

Though you could try contacting phone support and see if they could provide an exception. But I can't guarantee if there will be any difference since both chat and phone support have the same xbox policy.

 

I have the same issue and didn't notice it until today. I have a purchase on my account for Star Wars battlefront today which makes no sense since I have owned that game since it was released on disc... Is there anyway to get a hold of someone at all in
email or on the phone?
