Accidental double purchase

I purchased a downloadable content for Left 4 Dead 2 called The Passing. First time, it gave some kind of error saying it couldn't complete the transaction. So, I tried again. Second time, it worked. I just recently noticed that I got charged twice for it.
Can you undo one of them, please? Thank you very much.

I accidentally bought the walking dead season pass and couldn't cancel before it processed, is there anything I can do to refund it?

Posting personal info like your email address is not allowed on the forums.

As this is a billing issue you would need to contact support for your region as they are they only ones with access to your billing info.

If yes, then try refunding the first one. To get a refund, please go here and copy the the order number https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

After submitting, wait for an email on the status of your refund. You should get one within 24 hours and if your request is approved, you'll get your money back soon after. Refunds are processed in 3 - 5 days.

I'm sorry for the trouble. You can try to request a refund for the other charge by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here:

Double check your transactions at http://account.microsoft.com to make sure it was purchased under your account and not your dad's. If it was accidentally purchased under his,
he can request a refund and you can purchase it under your account, or he can set the console as his Home and share the game with you.
