Hello, so I bought hogwarts legacy accidentally today. But that’s not the problem, the problem is that I bought it with my PayPal account that dosent have any money or credit card on it. So if you could cancel my purchase, it would be great. Thank you!

You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here:

yes, but they already reversed the accidental ones meaning your banned was not accidental so hence your only option sadly is to buy another 360.

Easy, your looking at the page for a game, and you accidentally press the "buy" button, you then click the "buy" button again when it ask you which payment option, and you then "accidentally" press the "buy" button to confirm it all.
