Accidental buy of a game

I just accidentally bought a digital copy of the new Call of duty WW2 on Xbox one and I would like to cancel it. All the options i had lead me to contact the support of Microsoft, so if you could cancel my latest buy which is the Call Of Duty WW2, i would
appreciate it .

yes, but they already reversed the accidental ones meaning your banned was not accidental so hence your only option sadly is to buy another 360.

Accidental purchase of a game add on

My son accidentally pressed purchase on a game add on and now we are stuck with it and no space for it. Can we get our points back? We never downloaded the game.

They are the only ones with access to your account & billing info & can issue refunds.

Easy, your looking at the page for a game, and you accidentally press the "buy" button, you then click the "buy" button again when it ask you which payment option, and you then "accidentally" press the "buy" button to confirm it all.

If you hadn't guessed I was being slightly sarcastic.

You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here:

I accidentally made a typo on the second line of the first paragraph. It should read "buy a game digitally."
