Accessory Page Constant Spinning Circle

Discus and support Accessory Page Constant Spinning Circle in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I recently switched to a Turtle Bay wired Chat Headset.     I recently switched to a Turtle Bay wired Chat Headset. The headset works fine but now, when I go to the accessories page, all I get is the spinning circle. As a Southpaw, I need to access this page in order to swap the sticks to use a new game . But
    I think the new headset (or something else) is affecting the accessories page. Help!

    Thanks MS for the excellent deal

    @Tzar

    The only negative comments I've made about the One in probably the last 6 months have been about the UI and it's constant spinning circles.

    You spend far more time "bashing" me than I do the One.

    I tease. If you go to the Accessories app without having your headset plugged in, are you able to change your configurations then? If so, make sure that your controller is fully updated too.

    Thanks for the reply! Yes- blasphemy. But, remember, being overly caffeinated while playing FPSs can be dangerous to you and your teammates...

    About two weeks ago, I updated my controllers with the headset attached, as directed. I used a USB cord between the controller and console - no problem. For about a week, I would go back and forth between the game and accessories page to swap the stick
    settings. Then, a few days ago, I went to the Accessories page and saw the never-ending "circle of death." I tried going to the page without the headset plugged in and re-booted several times to see if it would clear. No luck.

    Granted, the page is memorizing, but it is taking me away from quality gaming time - and that's what we're all here for, right? Thanks in advance for your help, Miss Bijox!

  7. It's working! Maybe it was a network issue and not something on the console/controller side. Either way, thanks if you contacted someone to fix it (or did it yourself). Any problems, I'll re-post. Best...

    Woohoo! That's awesome to hear. I'll just take all the credit for fixing it as I drink my morning coffee, that sounds like a good start to the day for me. Even though I didn't do anything and it likely resolved itself magically.
