    This has been a recurring problem for me, i have went to the shop and bought a new controller after the last one broke that isn't the big problem. The gripe i have with this is that my controllers are unusable because i want to play games like darksiders
    2 where the bumper buttons are used thousands of time a day in combat and break very easily i have broken three controllers this way and it has to stop weather you have done this to make money or it is accidental i'm not happy with the way this is going. i
    am going to see if i can get a new controller for this one but if not i am expecting YOU to do something about this microsoft.

    You're lucky in the sense that you got the TB Seven as it's forwards compatible when you get the cable. I just want an entry level set similar to the X12 or even just a Wireless headset remake.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you are having issues with an accessory being recognized. As it is a third party accessory you will need to reach out to Logitech themselves. There are some third party accessories that are not compatible with
    the Xbox. Unfortunately, there isn't a list of them.
