Accessories not received

If after 10 business days of receiving your console back from the repair center, you don't receive your accessories...

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and give you options on how to receive your accessories back.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

I was never given any instructions, had i know i would have kept them here with me

It clearly tells you to send the console only & no accessories along with telling you not to send it in the original box.

I've had to send in well over a dozen consoles for repair over the years & every time it has said to send the console only.

It's possible you somehow missed it but it does tell you.

When you send in a console for repair you are only supposed to send the console itself in, nothing else. This is mentioned in the instructions they send when you set up a repair. You can try contacting support to see if they can get them back, but there
