    Accessing uninstalled games


    I had to reset my console so all of my installed games disappeared. I cannot acces my uninstalled games. When i go to the store and seach a game it shows that i own the game but nothing happens when i click install game. Message says sorry we are having
    trouble getting your stuff right now. It has said this for over a day now. Any help?

    At least with me I uninstalled the game that was already on hd, and accessed the game through Gold promotions, then bought it by gwg

    Hi, once a game gets removed it won't uninstall itself but to access it, you'll need to buy it.

    Among the fixes you tried, have you tried a full uninstall and reinstall? If not, please try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it to see if there's any change with it's accessibility. Let us know :)

    To uninstall a game from your Xbox one go to my apps amd games. Find the game you want to uninstall and hit the start key on your controller and uninstall. Your progression in tour game will remain on your console under available games so you can quickly
    access any download games you dont have installed and resume where you left off.
