    Are your games stored on the Cloud? if so you need the internet to access the cloud.

    Only the subscriber can usr cloud so ik not sure what you are trying to acheive

    If you don't have access to cloud because you are gamesharing it's not what you think

    You miust be the subscriber to access cloud gaming
