Accessing previously purchased Backgammon (Zamora) game.

I recently reinstalled Microsoft V 10 which wiped out many of my apps. I previously used Backgammon Pro by Zamora, the premier version (no ads). Each time I attempt to reacquire the premier version I get a response that I already own it and need to go to either My Games and Apps or My library which no longer exist. Whoops. Any advice?

Are you saying that "My Games and Apps" or "My Library" no longer exists or are you saying that the game no longer exist in those locations?

If you're having trouble finding your app library, you can follow the steps here:

Open the Microsoft Store app
Select the three dots located at the top of the window next to your profile icon
Select My Library from the drop-down menu
Search for the game or app that you are looking for and select the down arrow to start downloading.

There is a Backgammon game on the Xbox 360. It's called 'Hardwood Backgammon'. It's also backwards compatible to play on the Xbox
One.

Is there any update on backwards compatibility options? We just purchased the Xbox one and I am a bit disappointed there are not more "non war games" ( I.e., chess, backgammon, etc)
