    Turned off auto-renew, yet still charged

    It may have been an outstanding charge for a previous month. Phone or chat support could confirm this. You could also check this yourself by checking your billing by accessing billing.microsoft.com and signing in with your account details.

    Is anyone else having problem accessing Crossword Master for October. I have completed all the previous puzzles and there is no display for this month. I can access Wordament & Jumble and the daily puzzles. Thanks for any help you may provide

    your new country is not supported by microsoft xbox live meaning no access, you would need to use your previous country but also the payment and address must match the previous country

    word of warning, if you change region to another you cannot change to another for 3 months

    License Transfer Issue with Newly Purchased Xbox 360

    You will be able to access your content by downloading or transferring it. You will not be able to access it while offline because you chose to do a transfer to your previous console.

    This has been addressed from before by changing it from a year wait to a couple of months.
