Accessing one account on different consoles

Hi, my son has an xbox console at his mums which has his fortnite account with varuous skins and extras on. We have just brought an xbox so he can play at ours as well but cant seem to login to his account.

Any ideas how he can access his fortnite account on multiple machines?

Yes, you can use one account on multiple consoles, but not at the same time, which should not be a problem in your case.

Is he having problem with logging in to his Microsoft Xbox Account, or his Fortnite Epic Games Account?

Xbox Account: Make sure you are putting in the right E-mail and Password, and you should be receiving an E-mail from Microsoft to verify that it is you.

Epic Games: if he is unable to log in to his Epic Games account please make sure to contact the Epic Games support.

Yes. Since that is the Home console for that account, you should still be able to access games from that account on a different one.

How many different accounts have your console set as their home console? There is a limit to how many can have set to one console.

When your account is logged in, are the other accounts on it able to access your games?

Log into the account that owns the maps and do a license transfer from your console.

All accounts on the console will be able to access the data while on the console.

This will not allow the other account to access it if its on a different xbox though.
