    can't play/start any of the games i bought online (xbox one x)

    so i can't play/start any of the games i bought online. whenever i try, it says that the account that made the purchase must be signed in. i'm a 100% sure that those games were bought on my account but i cant play them. so my account is on a friends xbox set as home account. and he is able to play the games i bought. also, i cant open the store. neither on my pc in the xbox app. it just wont load any of the games.

    On the xbox app, if you click settings >status, you can see the different services and if they're going through outage or not. That will help in regards to being up to date whenever something stops working.

    If your second xbox lets you play those specific games then the issue is with the hardware itself but the store is going through major outage currently.
