    Accessing my games on an old xbox account


    Can anyone help? I previously had an xbox 360 & an Xbox one. I purchased many games on the platform but, it has been a few years since I used the accounts. I have learned I can sign into my xbox account with my gaming computers, which I have done. I just cannot find any way to see my old library of purchased games. Have I lost them?

    I have the same problem too. Ive gone through xbox support line and have no other means to recover my old account. I had hundreds of dollars in games and i believe my old account was hacked since i dont have access to my old games. All i have is my old
    profile info. No access to the emails associated with my old account or the phone number.

    I am afraid that your gamertag isn't enough info to start the recovery process of the account. It has to be one of your account aliases you must have in order to begin the recovery process.

    My Xbox 360 device is not permanently banned, I can still access the internet and Xbox live with my second account on the console, so that’s not my issue. My issue is that I cannot add/download my old, very first Xbox live profile/account to my Xbox 360 because the ACCOUNT is permanently banned, not the console. And again, this is not a password issue. I still have full access to the associated Microsoft account and still use it very frequently, I just want to be able to download my profile and access my old game saves OFFLINE, but I can’t because it stops the profile from downloading because it’s banned
