    I purchased a game on my microsoft account thinking it would install on the devise. Instead it is linked to my account. How can I transfer it to my childrens account on the same devise so they have access not me?

    It was purchased via the microsoft store.

    Have you tried to redeem via a different devise at all. Make sure you are signed into your account first.

    Hi Cav45, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    That's odd because you can only have one Xbox profile under one Microsoft account.

    On your old PC, please validate the domain that was used. If you're signed in on the Microsoft Store app, please launch the Microsoft Store and then click your profile icon, from there you will see your Microsoft credentials, make sure that it's the same domain (outlook.com, hotmail.com, gmail.com, yahoomail.com, etc.) that you're using on your new PC.

    There is something that we're missing. We just need to check it further.

    Hi,

    I have a similar question in relation to transfer of game saves but within the Windows 10 Xbox Game platform.

    I have started a game on my PC via the Xbox (beta) app. I would have assumed that I would be able to access the same game on a different PC.

    However, after logging in with the same Microsoft account details there was no save files for me to load and no progress was transferred over.

    Can you advise whether it is possible to access saves on different PCs? I would have thought these saves would be cloud based in this day and age... The game in question is called 'For The King'.

    Any help would be much appreciated.
