Accessing game add ons

I bought the season pass and downloaded it on one xbox one console. I recently bought another xbox one console. The new one says I already own the season pass but I am unable to find it or access it. Would the fact that it was deleted from the first xbox
one console be the reason it cannot be found? I thought it would attach to my account. Is there a way I could still be able to get to it? I've looked in the my games and apps and it is not there. I also went to the marketplace and it will not let me download it
because I already own it. Can someone please help? I hope someone has a suggestion.

1. Are you accessing Gears of War 4 on the console Xbox One or on a Windows 10 computer?

2. Are you getting any error messages?

3. Do you have the physical copy or digital version of the game?

4. Are you experiencing issues with accessing add-ons on other games as well?

5. Are you logged in with the Microsoft account that was used to purchase the game add-on?

Old post but since there was no reply I'll put here some info in case it may help anyone with the same problem.

When you own extra content of a game and it has not been installed yet, it will be available under the "ready to install" section of that game. Just open the game's "game management" section and you'll find it; it will not appear in the general games and
apps content.

There's a nice guide also on the xbox official support website about additional content and add-ons: View and download game content and add-ons on Xbox One

I have already installed the add-ons but I can't access the texture packs on the game and the skin add-ons are the same too

basically anything that uses the standard 1/8 inch jack connectors hypothetically can work. The controller is specifically been designed to be as open as possible and schematics and things are published for independent makers

No need to purchase the game, Jimmmma. The Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-Ons Bundle will give you early access. Simply install the base game from the Xbox Game Pass library and once done make sure to install the add-ons via the manage games and add-ons tab.
