accessing cloud storage on xbox one

Hey people

so here's the background to my question.

I have been playing deadfall adventures on xbox one backwards compat.

Im trying to get the some of the last achievements, i need 100 waves on survival and to rack up 500 kills of daru, it should take about 5 hours of gaming to get it.

i was at 155 kills and 33 waves. then my cloud save was wiped, no idea why.

now to my question.

Is there any way for us to manually access the cloud, because i don't trust it not to wipe my save file again.

i would like to access the cloud data, find the save file in question, copy it and put it somewhere so i have atleast a backup save if it ever gets wiped again, because i have a feeling this is not the last time it's going to happen.

For Xbox One, XBF Brad A already gave you all the necessary information.

You don't access the Cloud storage on the Xbox One. It's managed automatically, and is not user accessible.

Hello

when you go to the save file of the game in question, all there is, is 10mb of reserved space.

the single player campaign save is still there, thats not been wiped however the multiplayer save, like i said was wiped or lost from cloud, from being hours of stats, kills etc to all zeros.

i am the only person on this console, the save file hasnt even been looked at until now, after the stats were gone.

Could there be a chance of data corruption regarding the multiplayer autosaves onto cloud?

would the cloud automatically wipe any corrupted data like saves for example?

i know on another game, if you saved over a save again and again, it woukd eventuslly corrupt it, could this be happening with an autosave onto cloud?

it is an old 360 game and has aparantly a lot of trouble with data being wiped.

There is no way of accessing on-line cloud save data and don't think this data just got wiped either.

The cloud sync is just a copy of the game saves that are stored on the console. If you download the game on another console, this is synced to the console also. It sounds to me that you (or someone else) has accidently deleted this data on the console, so
the console deleted it from the cloud.

I would suggest you investigate this a bit further...

Cloud is an online storage that can be accessed using Xbox Live Gold for Xbox 360 consoles and Internet connection if Xbox One. Basically, if you have cloud, your game saves get stored to your console's local storage and the cloud. Let's say for example
you performed a factory defaults for your Xbox One or format of hard drive for your Xbox 360, your save games from the local storages would get deleted but since you have cloud storage, your save games can be retrieved. This is why cloud can be considered
as your back up.

Theory of Game

Shouldn't be an issue. Uploading the save to the cloud storage is the way to access them on the Xbox One - a USB will not work for the backwards compatibility.
