    So for a while now I've been trying to access my account settings to play on realms and everytime I click a link to go to my settings it reroutes me to the help page. I am beyond frustrated, I feel like I've tried everyway to get there but it always reroutes me to the same help page.

    Even signed in to an organizer account it still keeps redirecting me.

    Is the organizer account a child account? If yes, you may need to use an adult account.
