Xbox also allows keyboard input for socialization, and many games have extensive accessibility features. Forza 5 which just came out offers these extensively

With the Xbox Adaptive controller and the Logitech buttons and levers kit you can program them to allow him to play many games he otherwise couldn’t. Microsoft has made accessibility a cornerstone of their design philosophy.

Flight Simulator is an amazing title that doesn’t require reflexes to enjoy, my partner loves it to death. You would need a Series Console to play that, but 99% of games work on Xbox One.
