The loading and stuff is just your Internet the rest of it is just Xbox Live service.

Xbox LIVE is a service that requires a strong internet connection. The reason you get kicked out of party is either bad host or a service issue. The reason you can't access your friends list online is because Microsoft is doing an overhaul on the websites
HTML coding. Please be patient my friend as the rest of us have to too.

I can understand your frustration. However, I would ask you to show me an Internet service that has 100.00% uptime. I'll save you the trouble ... there isn't any. Problems occur, and it's fortunate that Microsoft has a support team that does fix things
as quickly as they possibly can (as do many other services). Rest assured, Microsoft wants you to access Xbox Live as much as you do.
