Access to Xbox One Preview Program Forum

Hello there,

I have been getting the stuck in green loading screen issue and tried the diagnostic tool. I discovered that as a Preview Program member, I need to get the tool/download/help from the Preview Program forum. I currently do not have access to that forum. How
can this be resolved?

Hey there Buster2099,

To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.

 

I dont have access to preview forums

As the title says,I dont have access to the xbox one preview forums.

I've entered the preview program a month ago and still cant access to the forums.

 

Update:

I still don't have access to the Preview Program Forum.

I factory reset the Xbox One and it worked.

I tried to sign in second time and it wouldn't sign in to the new dashboard.

Added my account again, it worked.

Third time, still wouldn't let me sign in.

Used workaround I found elsewhere (see first line), removing my account.

Now I can't add any accounts or sign in.

So factory reset every/every other time I turn on Xbox One is my guessed solution.

I'm having a very similar problem and a factory reset did nothing for me. I was a little unclear with what you were trying to say in your update, particularly "So factory reset every/every other time I turn on Xbox One is my guessed solution". What did you
mean by this? Was it sarcasm? If you get any information/resolution, please do share. I also can't get to the preview member forum, even though I am a member. And these past two updates totally bricked my console.

 

A friend told me that unplugging the Kinect fixes the sign in problem. I did that and so far so good at least signing in.

The reset was just what I had seen as a solution for most of the NXOE problems.

I still don't have access to to the Preview Program Forum.

 

Hey there. It may be a couple of days before you get access to the forums. The support team works M-F. As far as I'm aware, there is no diagnostic tool that is only accessible through the preview forums though.

If you're still having issues getting signed in, turning the console off and unplugging it for 5 minutes will usually help. This clears the cache and resets the network card and can help fix quite a few issues.
