    hi

    recently i got an error whenever i want to download a tune or a livery or even when i want to go to the auction house and it says "access to user generated content is restricted by your profile privacy settings" and an error from console says that you have to add parents.

    i did the privacy setting on microsoft site and the console setting and i put all of them to 'allow' and 'everyone' , i did the console reset to but the error is still showing and i cant download contents on fh5.

    please help

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    Can you please sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and from there make sure that these settings are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

    * You can see and upload community creations

    * You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

    * Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

    * You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

    * You can create and join clubs

    * You can join multiplayer games

    Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes.

    I have all of the settings on allow, the issue is that Forza Horizon 5 continues giving the message "Access to user-generated content is restricted by your profile privacy settings." I am currently trying to uninstall then reinstall the game.

    I was playing forza 5, and I was trying to do the event lab, and it says i need to turn on a setting for user generated content. and it says its restricted by my profile privacy settings.

    The problem could be that your profile settings has restricted due to your age and so you cannot look at user generated content, maybe try and change your parental settings
