    Access to the Xbox One Preview Program forum


    I'm looking to get access to the forum as I am part of the Program and am currently having a major issue with the October 31st update.

    This is the same problem I'm having: http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_support/xbox_one_support/f/4269/t/2066042.aspx

    Hoping there's some info in that forum as I am just getting the "Group Not Found" error.

    Hey there Buster2099,

    To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.

    I've entered the preview program a month ago and still cant access to the forums.

    Not sure if you are having a problem with an update, the preview itself, or accessing the Preview Program Support forums. If you are having a problem with an update or the preview program, this needs to be posted in the Preview Program Support
    forums I've linked above. If you can't access the forums, please reply back letting us know and one of the Xbox Support members can verify you acceptance in the program and grant you access to those forums.
