    How long ago did you get the dashboard beta update on your console? If you just received the beta update recently (end of last week), please wait until the middle of this week and you should have it.

    If you've been waiting for more than 5 business days since you've received the dashboard beta and you still don't have access then please wait for a forum support agent to help you out. Remember that business days are Monday-Friday, Saturday/Sunday
    do not count, and you do not count the day that you downloaded the update.
