    I'm having issues with my xbox and microsoft support told me to get access to the private forum to seek help there.

    Have Not Gotten Preview Invite After Being Invited ):

    Hi there,

    Not everyone is accepted into the program. Since this is a preview program problem, you will need to wait for a support staff member to manually grant you access to the private preview forums, so that you can post there.

    Using the new xb1 UI

    If it says "Group not found" then you need to create a new post stating that you are a member of the preview program but that you're unable to access the private preview forums. An Xbox support agent will then grant you access to those forums
