Discus and support Access to Preview Program Forums - "Group Not Found" in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I got an invite to the preview program a month or two ago, but I don't have access to the private preview program forums.     Access to Preview Program Forums - "Group Not Found"


    I got an invite to the preview program a month or two ago, but I don't have access to the private preview program forums. It just says "Group Not Found".



    If a moderator could give me access I would really appreciate it. I have an issue I need to post there. Thanks!

    XBOX Preview

    I am part of the preview program, however I keep getting the "group not found" message when I try to access the forums. How can I fix this? Thanks.

    I'm a preview member, whenever I try to go on the preview program forum it says "group not found".I really need to get on that forum because my xbox one is bugged.I can't access anything from the home screen, (games, apps, settings, etc.).

    I’ve gone ahead and added you to a list of people having issues accessing the preview program. Please note that this by no means promises a fix, and only puts people in one spot having issues for the mods to take a look at. Also note that as so many people
    are requesting this right now, I’m sure the mods are a bit backed up, so please do not repost, and bump this as it may take them a while to get to this.

    If you've deleted the Xbox Live service message with the link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app or it expired, please post in the private Xbox One preview forum.

    Please post this in the NXOE forums found right here in case you don't have access to those forums and it shows "Group not found" then please make a post here stating that you're part of the preview program and would like access to the preview forums.

    If it says "Group not found" then you need to create a new post stating that you are a member of the preview program but that you're unable to access the private preview forums. An Xbox support agent will then grant you access to those forums

    And I can't even access the forum reserved for Preview program users because it's private and whenever I try to access it I get "group not found".
