Hey hey Infinityshore!

You're all good with accessing the
Xbox One Update Preview forums now. Hit that link up and head over there, if you have any issues still please make a new thread and let us know what's going on.

Access to Preview Forums

Hi InfinityShore,

yep that message pops up when forum access isn't granted automatically for whatever reason. Its probably less then 1% of preview members who have that issue but obviously they all post here!

When support spot this thread they will verify you are in the program then manually sort your access out. Just keep an eye on this thread as they will update here once its sorted!

Hello, I was invited to the preview program on 10/4/15. I accepted the invite and my status has been idle at "EnrollPending" for 10 days, with action reading "Pending". A member of the Xbox support team instructed me to post on this forum to have this resolved.

Hey iTz,

the main support team are monitoring the forums so once they see this message and verify you are in the preview program they will be able to sort out your forum access.

Please bear in mind that after checking your post they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot of preview forum requests at the mo - so they will get to you as soon as they can!
