    I recently downloaded Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 on my X box One using a backwards compatible X box 360 game. I am trying to play online however I am first prompted with a message that says I need to download a free map in order to play online. When I try
    to download this new map, for free I am interrupted by a message from my X box that says "Premium Content is now allowed on this account" and that I should go to my privacy settings to allow premium content. I have searched on both my X box setting as well
    as my Microsoft setting multiple times each and found nothing. This is very frustrating because there doesn't seem to be anything that would allow or block me from viewing whatever "premium content" is. Please help me ASAP! Access to Premium Content? :))

    Battlefield 4 Premium

    So I have EA Access. Through that, I received the Battlefield 4 Premium and all accompanying DLCs. All the DLCs work fine, Im able to play all of the maps and unlock the guns, etc. However, when I install premium, on battlelog,com it doesn't show that I
    have premium. So do I have to buy premium itself in order to be able to complete the whole game? Or is there a way for me to get premium access of battlelog.com with the premium through EA Access?

    Premium status not working on Windows 10?

    I purchased a year long premium subscription for Microsoft Solitaire Collection on the iPhone app, but when I open the app on my Surface it still shows ads and asks me to purchase a premium subscription. I've tried resetting the windows store, but nothing
    seems to sync the premium access. Does the premium access I purchased on my iPhone not give me premium access when I access the app on a different device (while still logged into the same account)?

    Hi there,

    did you transfer the licenses to the new console, after moving the data from the old console to the new console. this link explains what it is and on how to do it:

    support.xbox.com/.../download-content

    Be sure to redownload the content, before you use it.

    Yep. I can download all the content, installed both BF4 and BF4 Premium. Can play BF4 and DLC maps, and even says BF4 Premium in the game title.menu. when you go to play premium games, it says to pay for premium and won't work. Seen online others with the
    same issue.

    When contacting EA, they said they can't see I'm a.premium member and Battlelog shows me as just a regular member as well. Essentially, when you install premium from Access, all the content is available, But EA can't see the entitlements on their end, so
    you can't access premium service.

    You have to already have a copy of the game first. buying premium from xbl gives you access to the premium features, and content but its not the full game. Yo ucan buy the full premium version of the game, but not from the market.
